We are a team of dedicated counselors with years of experience supporting youth through critical academic, personal, and developmental milestones. Co-founders Regina and Shannon, both graduates of the University of California San Diego College Counseling program, are guided by shared values of honesty, compassion, authenticity, and optimism. We bring strong academic foundations from the University of Southern California and the University of California, Davis, along with a shared commitment to student-centered guidance.

We are recognized for our professional, welcoming approach that supports and empowers students of all abilities. Regina is a licensed LMFT with extensive experience as a high school counselor, offering deep insight into student wellbeing and school systems. Shannon brings decades of experience in youth mentorship through educational and sports programs, supported by a background in Communication Disorders and a strengths-based approach to development. Shannon is an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).

Together, we have successfully helped students land admission to top schools, including acceptance to competitive honors programs. In addition, we bring a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding the University of California and California State University admissions processes. To ensure our guidance reflects the most current admissions practices, we continually invest in professional education and maintain active memberships in IECA and the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC).

We work collaboratively with students and families to support not only college planning, but also meaningful career exploration. Through in-depth consulting, thoughtful conversations, and personality assessments, we help students better understand their strengths, interests, and values—then translate those insights into authentic applications that clearly and confidently tell their stories. Our goal is to guide high schoolers and young adults toward best-fit colleges and pathways where they can thrive and pursue their dreams with purpose.
